Behind our new fall menu

This fall we partnered with five local producers from the Bran area. We visited orchards, tasted cheeses, picked each ingredient carefully.
The result: 12 brand-new dishes, each centred on one star ingredient. Lamb stew with green peas is our love letter to tradition.
